The BNC connector consists of a BNC connector body, a shielded metal sleeve, and a core pin. The core pin is used to connect the coaxial cable core. 1.Stripping
The coaxial cable is protected rubber, metal shielded wire (grounding shield), milky white transparent insulating layer and core wire (signal wire) from the outside to the inside. The core wire is composed of one or several copper wires, and the metal shielded wire is made of metal. The wire woven metal mesh is filled with milky white transparent insulation between the inner and outer wires, and the inner and outer wires are coaxially fixed as a coaxial cable. Stripping the outer protective tape of the coaxial cable with a knife to strip 1.5cm, be careful not to cut the metal shield wire, and then peel off the milky white transparent insulation layer outside the core wire to 0.6cm, so that the core wire is bare.
2. Connect the core

In the small hole in the tail, use a small slot at the front of the special card clamp to clamp it firmly, so that the core wire is pressed into the small hole.
You can use the soldering iron to solder the core wire and the core wire pin, and put a little rosin powder or neutral flux into the small hole in the tail of the welding core wire, and then solder it. When soldering, be careful not to expose the solder to the outer surface of the core pin. Will cause the core pin to be scrapped.
Note: If you do not have a special card clamp, you can replace it with an electrician's pliers, but you should pay attention to the fact that you should not deform the core pin too much. Second, press the core wire to prevent poor contact.
3. Assembling the BNC connector
After connecting the core wire, first insert the shield metal sleeve into the coaxial cable, and then insert the core wire pin from the tail hole of the BNC connector body to extend the core pin outward from the front end, and finally the metal The sleeve is pushed forward so that the sleeve clamps the outer metal shield wire to the cylinder at the tail of the BNC joint body;
4. Pressure Cable
Keep the sleeve in good contact with the metal shielded wire, and use a hexagonal bayonet clip on the clamp to force the sleeve shape into a hexagon. Repeat the above method to make a BNC connector on the other end of the coaxial cable. It is best to check with a multimeter before use. Both open and short circuits can cause communication failure and damage to the network card or hub.
Note: To make the assembled BNC connector, use a small screwdriver and an electrician's pliers. After stripping the wire as described above, insert the core wire into the core wire fixing hole, then fix the core wire with a small screwdriver, and screw the outer metal shield wire together. The clamp is fixed in the shield wire fixing sleeve, and finally the tail metal is screwed on the BNC joint body.
To make a soldered BNC connector, use an electric soldering iron. After stripping the wire as described above, simply solder the core wire and the shield wire to the solder joint on the BNC head with a soldering iron, and put on the hard soldering insulating sleeve and the soft material tail sleeve.
